WRDSB Senior Team

The Waterloo Region District School Board (WRDSB) Senior Team is committed to supporting student success and well-being. Through building their leadership capacity grounded in sovereignty affirming and equity competencies, WRDSB’s Senior Team continues to provide direction for the system to ensure that our school and work environments are responsive to student and staff needs, as well as those of the Waterloo Region community.

 

Using an evidence-based approach, members of the Senior Team support administrators and schools in improving the achievement and well-being of all students. The implementation of the Strategic Plan is guided by the Board Improvement and Equity Plan, in alignment with the Ministry of Education’s Student Achievement Plan.

 

As we continue to work together with students, staff, parents, family and caregivers, WRDSB’s Senior Team is committed to:
